Which One Is The 'Identity Thief"? That Is Why "Identity Thieves" Have A Conviction Rate Of Less Than Three (3%) Percent

1.  June 17, 2005.   40 million Credit Cards Exposed.  MasterCard pinned the blame on Tucson, Ariz.-based CardSystems Solutions Inc. In a statement issued late Friday, CardSystems confirmed it suffered a "security incident" on May 22, 2005.  Go to:

Look at some of the stories that has happened over the last two years.  Stories that refer to companies like "Choice Point" and "DSW Retail Stores" have consistently under estimated the number of victims that has had their "Identities Stolen" through their organizations.

There has been over fourteen major break-ins of companies data files that supposedly were being protected just in the last six months of 2005.

Over twenty different states have enacted or proposed major "Identity Theft Legislation" to try and combat the "Nations No. 1 Crime".

Please contact www.consumersunion.org to see the latest information on what states are active and which ones are not on "Identity Theft Solutions".

As a consumer and a business owner, your voice must be heard both in your state houses and in Washington.

It is time to let Washington know what it means "We The People" when it comes to "Identity Theft".  That is why "Identity Theft Victims" need a voice.   There is 40 Million + Victims and we do have a voice.  Please lend us your voice, so we can send a message to Washington.  Please go to our contact page and let us hear from you.

Thank You.
